My idea was a bear looking at a ghost costume in the mirror when a real ghost came up and surprised him.
Ok, so I completely forgot about the prompt for TREAD and had to rush to do a last minute doodle.
However, I more than made up for it with TREASURE. It’s a small tribute to N.C. Wyeth.
I drew 2 for this prompt. I just couldn’t decide if it was “misfit” as in clothes not fitting, or “misfit” as in the odd one in the group.
Now that I’m starting to understand both how to draw bears and the basics of crosshatching, I’m trying to loosen up a little bit to allow for more illustration-like drawings.
This one made me think of all the mountain cabins I knew when I was young, overgrown with ivy pulling the porch roof down.
This one took a bit to figure out. I finally settled on an Ash tree.
